  • 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.

    Sprinkle 1/4 cup pecans in oiled 7-cup mold.

    Press cheese mixture into mold. Chill until firm.

    Unmold and put remaining nuts on top.
