  • 16 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • cayenne pepper

Directions

    Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.

    Grate Cheddar cheese and combine with cream cheese.

    Add onion powder and garlic powder; mix with hands until well blended.

    Add chopped nuts. Shape into rolls about six-inches long; sprinkle cayenne pepper over rolls.

    Roll in waxed paper and store in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
