- 16 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- cayenne pepper
Directions

1Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.

2Grate Cheddar cheese and combine with cream cheese.

3Add onion powder and garlic powder; mix with hands until well blended.

4Add chopped nuts. Shape into rolls about six-inches long; sprinkle cayenne pepper over rolls.

5Roll in waxed paper and store in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
