- 1 lb. medium cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. mild cheddar cheese
- 2 (8-oz) pkgs cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2/3 c. dried onion flakes (or less if using minced onion)
- minced garlic to taste (be careful)
- dash salt
- chili powder
Directions

1Grate all cheese and chop up cream cheese (I use a big roast pan).

2Add remainder of ingredients.

3Let cheese warm to room temperature.

4Mix well.

5Roll into logs and then roll in chili powder.

6Makes about 8

76-inch logs.

8Wrap each in Saran Wrap, then in foil and refrigerate.

9Slice and serve with crackers.
