- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 12 oz evaporvated milk
- 2 tsp hot sauce
Directions

1Add cheese and cornstarch to large bowl.

2Toss to combine.

3Transfer to medium saucepan.

4Add 1 cup evaporated milk and hot sauce.

5Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with whisk until melted, bubbly, and thickened (about 5 minutes).

6Mixture will look thin and grainy at first but will thicken and come together after heating.

7Thin to desired consistency with additional evaporated milk.

8Serve immediately with fries, tortilla chips, burgers, or hot dogs.
