  • 75 grams Cheddar Cheese
  • 25 grams Salted Butter
  • 25 grams Plain Flour
  • 250 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk

Directions

    Grate the cheese into a bowl.

    Place the butter, flour and milk into a small saucepan.

    Bring the sauce to boil whisking it all the time until it has thickened

    Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.

    Stir in the grated cheese.
