- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded extra sharp cheese
- a few chunks Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Heat margarine over low heat until melted.

2Blend flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper.

3Cook over low heat; stir constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly.

4Remove from heat; stir in milk.

5Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

6Boil and stir one minute.

7Stir in sharp cheese.

8When blended, add Velveeta to get the right color.

9Cook and stir over low heat until melted thoroughly.
