Cheese Sausage Balls

  • 1 lb. mild bulk sausage
  • 3 c. Bisquick mix
  • 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    With meat at room temperature, mix all ingredients by hand very well.

    Pinch off into small balls.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes on middle rack.

    Cool.

    Store in plastic bag, 25 to a bag, and freeze.

    When ready to serve, heat in an oven at 300° for 10 minutes.

    Do not thaw before heating!

    Makes about 125 sausage balls.
