- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. Rice Krispies, crushed
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream margarine; mix with grated cheese.

2Sift pepper and salt with flour.

3Gradually add flour mixture to margarine.

4Add Rice Krispies crushed slightly.

5Make small balls.

6Place on a baking sheet.

7Press flat with a fork.

8Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.

9Makes about 60.

10Cool on a wire rack.
