Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 6 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. cold water
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.

2Cut in margarine with fork to crumb size.

3Add vinegar, cheese and cold water.

4Mix and shape into ball; wrap in wax paper or plastic.

5Chill at least 1 hour.

6Roll out amount needed (store rest in refrigerator).

7Roll very thin, cut in wedges, bake on greased cookie sheet at 375° for 10 minutes.
