- 1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- dash of cayenne pepper
Directions

1Mix butter and cheese well.

2Add flour, salt and pepper.

3Fold in Rice Krispies by hand.

4Pinch off small ball portions (about size of walnuts).

5Flatten out balls on cookie sheet with a fork. Bake at 360° for 10 to 15 minutes.

6Do not overcook.

7Cool; store in tight container.
