  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese (Cheddar)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, level
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives (optional)
  • 3 eggs, separated

    Blend butter, flour, salt and stir in milk.
