- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 10 slices buttered bread, remove crust
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 c. sweet milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Cut cheese in chunks.

2Do not grate.

3Place half of ingredients in blender.

4Turn on high until thoroughly mixed. Remove from blender and continue process with remaining ingredients.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Bake in greased, uncovered casserole dish at 350° for approximately 1 hour.

7This can be mixed a day ahead of time.
