  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 slices bread, torn in bits
  • 1 c. shredded or sliced Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Sprinkle bread bits over bottom of buttered 1-quart baking dish.

    Cover with cheese.

    Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.

    Pour over cheese.

    Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
