- 3 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 4 slices bread, torn in bits
- 1 c. shredded or sliced Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Sprinkle bread bits over bottom of buttered 1-quart baking dish.

3Cover with cheese.

4Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.

5Pour over cheese.

6Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
