  • 5 c. potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 c. carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut up
  • 1 Kahn's 'Lil ham, chopped
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix potatoes, carrots, onion, parsley flakes and bouillon cube in about 2 cups of water.

    Cover and simmer until soft.

    Mix flour and milk until combined.

    Add to potatoes and carrots.

    Lower heat and heat until it thickens a little.

    Stir in ham and cheese until these melt.
