- 5 c. potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 c. carrots, peeled and chopped
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut up
- 1 Kahn's 'Lil ham, chopped
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 tsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix potatoes, carrots, onion, parsley flakes and bouillon cube in about 2 cups of water.

2Cover and simmer until soft.

3Mix flour and milk until combined.

4Add to potatoes and carrots.

5Lower heat and heat until it thickens a little.

6Stir in ham and cheese until these melt.
