Ingredients

  • 4 c. water + 4 tsp. chicken bouillon or 4 cubes
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 1/2 c. cubed raw potatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli or carrots)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 soup cans water or milk
  • 2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Cook together for 10 minutes, the water, bouillon, celery, onion and potatoes, then add the frozen vegetables.

    Cook 10 to 15 minutes more, then add the remaining ingredients.

    Simmer until cheese melts.

    Do not boil.

    Makes 4-quarts and freezes well.
