Ingredients

  • 1 qt. water
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 (1 lb.) bag California style vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Heat water with bouillon cubes.

    Add potatoes and onions. Cook about 20 minutes.

    Add vegetables and cook another 15 minutes.

    Add soup and cheese.
  5. 5
    Keep stirring on a lower heat until heated through and cheese is completely melted.

    This can be done in a crock-pot with occasional stirring.
