  • 4 cubes chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 qt. water
  • 2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    In a large pot combine chicken broth, water, potatoes, carrots, celery and onions.

    Cook for 20 minutes.

    Add broccoli and cauliflower and cook for ten minutes longer.

    Add cream of chicken soup and cheese until cheese melts.
