- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta
- 6 slices American cheese
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. grated carrots or broccoli
Directions

1Saute carrots or broccoli with the butter and onions.

2Grate cheese and place all ingredients in a slow cooker or crock-pot. Cook on low for 2 hours.
