  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 qt. water
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. diced carrots
  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Cook the first three ingredients for 20 minutes.

    Add carrots, potatoes and mixed vegetables and cook for 30 minutes.

    Add the 2 cans of soup and the cheese.

    Stir well until all the cheese is melted.
