  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1 qt. water
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
  • 20 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Cook celery, onion, water and chicken bouillon cubes about 20 minutes.

    Add potatoes and mixed vegetables.

    Cook about 20 minutes.

    Add cream of chicken soup and Velveeta cheese.

    Lower heat and cook until ready to serve.
