Cheese Soup

  • 1 qt. water
  • 2 1/2 c. potatoes
  • 2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 4 tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 lb. Velveeta

Directions

    Cook bouillon, onions and celery 20 minutes or until tender. Add cubed potatoes (raw) and frozen mixed vegetables to mixture. Cook about 20 minutes more.

    Then add both cans of cream of chicken soup and Velveeta cheese, cut up.

    Cook and stir until cheese is melted.

    Serve with croutons and French bread.

    Serves 6 to 8 people.
