  • 1 envelope Butter Buds, dissolved in 1 c. water
  • 7 c. water
  • 24 oz. cubed potatoes or 1 large head cauliflower
  • 8 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. each: chopped onion, celery, carrots
  • 1 medium head cabbage

Directions

    Cook for 1 1/2 hour on simmer.

    Stir in 1 pound cubed Velveeta cheese.

    Simmer until blended.
