- 24 oz. cubed potatoes or 1 large head cauliflower
- 8 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c. each: chopped onion, celery, carrots
- 1 medium head cabbage
Directions

1Cook for 1 1/2 hour on simmer.

2Stir in 1 pound cubed Velveeta cheese.
