  • 1 1/2 quarts water
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 1/2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (20 ounce) package california-blend frozen vegetables
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • mushroom (optional)

Directions

    Boil first five ingredients for 20 minutes.

    Add California blend vegetables and boil for 10 minutes.

    Add canned soup and cheese and cook until melted.
