- 4 c. potatoes, cubed
- 1 c. celery
- 1 1/2 c. carrots
- 1 onion
- 6 c. water
- 4 bouillon cubes
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Cook vegetables until tender.

2Add bouillon cubes and soup. Pour into slow cooker, add cheese.

3Stir occasionally as cheese is melting.

4Makes approximately 1/2 gallon.
