Cheese-Spinach Pie

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 2 (7 x 14-inch) slices Swiss cheese or shredded
  • 1/2 c. chopped spinach
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can Tender Chunk ham or chicken
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar

Directions

    Place Swiss cheese on bottom of pie crust.

    Sprinkle with spinach, mushrooms and Tender Chunks.

    Mix next 4 ingredients. Pour into pie shell.

    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
