- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 c. beef bouillon
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika or nutmeg to taste
Directions

1Blend oleo and flour in large saucepan.

2Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly.

3Add beef bouillon; mix well.

4Cook until thick, stirring constantly.

5Mix in cheese.

6Cook until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.

7Add spinach and seasonings; mix well.

8Heat to serving temperature.
