  • 1 lb. pasteurized cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper

    Combine cheese and milk in double boiler.

    Stir until melted. Remove from heat.
