- 4 to 6 Tbsp. grated sharp cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
- 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional)

3Add water and cheese and combine until a soft dough forms. (The dough should be soft enough to press through a cookie press or pipe onto a baking sheet.)
