  • 4 c. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. margarine, softened
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

    Combine cheese and margarine in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed until blended.

    Combine flour, salt and pepper and add to the cheese mixture, beating until no longer crumbly.

    Press through cookie press and bake at 350° for 13 to 14 minutes.
