- 1 lb. New York State sharp cheese, grated
- 4 sticks corn oil margarine
- 4 1/2 c. plain flour
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- salt (several dashes)
Directions

1Cream the cream cheese and margarine together.

2Add flour, pepper and salt.

3Blend well.

4Squeeze through a cookie press onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

5Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 6 dozen straws.

6These freeze great.
