- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cracker Barrel cheese (extra sharp)
- 7 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 2 c. flour (plain)
Directions

1Let butter set at room temperature to become soft.

2Grate cheese fine, then also set out at room temperature to become softer.

3To cheese add salt, red pepper, then butter.

4Mix thoroughly.

5Add flour; mix with fork.

6This will look like meal at first.

7Shape into dough.

8Roll out 1/4-inch thick on waxed paper. Cut in 1/2-inch strips.

9Put on ungreased cookie sheet.

10Bake approximately 15 minutes in 325° oven.
