- 2 large green peppers, halved and seeded
- 1/2 c. pasteurized cheese
- 1/4 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)
- boiling water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, cook peppers 3 minutes in boiling water to cover; drain.

2Place in baking dish, cut side up.

3Mix cheese and vegetables.

4Fill peppers.

5In small bowl, mix crumbs and butter until blended.

6Sprinkle over vegetable mixture.

7Sprinkle with paprika.

8Bake in preheated oven at 400° for 15 minutes or until vegetables are heated through and the crumbs are lightly browned.
