  • 5 oz. chopped frozen spinach
  • 4 Tbsp. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. part-skim Ricotta cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
  • 4 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1/3 c. spaghetti sauce

    Thaw spinach and squeeze out moisture. In a large bowl, mix next seven ingredients.
