- dash of Tabasco
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cut in chunks
Directions

1Swirl mixture in the blender until very smooth and creamy, stirring down with rubber spatula occasionally. Serve with crisp vegetables, such as carrot and celery sticks, cauliflowerets and cucumber strips. Also may be served with curried potato chips or crisp crackers. Makes about 2 cups.
