- 6 potatoes
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Quarter potatoes and set in ice water for 30 minutes.

2In bag, mix other ingredients (except butter).

3Put potatoes in bag and shake until coated.

4Put butter in baking dish and melt.

5Add potatoes.

6Bake at 450° to 500°, turning occasionally until done and brown.
