- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 2 c. flour
- nuts (if desired)

1Let butter soften.

2Grate cheese and mix together.

3Work in flour, a little at a time.

4Make small balls and press with fork. Add nut to each top, if desired.

5Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Makes 75.
