- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cold butter cubed
- 2-3 tablespoons ice water
- 1 egg white for wash
