- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, softened
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. (about 1 c.) smoked beef, finely snipped
Directions

1Beat softened cream cheese until nearly smooth.

2Gradually beat in wine.

3Add onion and horseradish.

4Chill mixture about 1 hour. Shape into 2 logs, each about 6 inches long.

5Roll each in half of the beef.
