  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Mix first 7 ingredients.

    Put in a 9-inch pie crust.

    Top with 1 to 2 cups grated sharp cheese.

    Mix together egg, milk, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

    Pour egg mixture over ground beef mixture.

    Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until brown.
