  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. shredded cheese or Velveeta

Directions

    Grease pie pan. Brown meat and onion; drain. Add salt and pepper; spread into pan. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs. Pour over meat. Bake 25 minutes at 350°, then add tomato sauce and cheese over top. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, about 8 to 10 minutes.
