  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 c. water
  • 2/3 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 c. Minute original rice (uncooked)
  • 4 oz. Kraft natural Cheddar cheese, sliced

Directions

    Brown meat and onion in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain.

    Stir in water, catsup and mustard; season with salt and pepper.

    Bring to a boil.

    Stir in rice; cover.

    Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

    Fluff with fork.

    Top with cheese; cover. Let stand until cheese melts.
