- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. water
- 2/3 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 c. Minute original rice (uncooked)
- 4 oz. Kraft natural Cheddar cheese, sliced
Directions

1Brown meat and onion in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain.

2Stir in water, catsup and mustard; season with salt and pepper.

3Bring to a boil.

4Stir in rice; cover.

5Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

6Fluff with fork.

7Top with cheese; cover. Let stand until cheese melts.
