  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 c. water
  • 2/3 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
  • 4 oz. natural cheese, sliced

Directions

    Brown meat and onion in large skillet; drain.

    Stir in water, catsup, mustard, salt and pepper.

    Bring to boil.

    Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat.

    Let stand for 5 minutes.

    Fluff with fork.

    Top with cheese.

    Cover; let stand for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
