- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Minute original rice (uncooked)
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat.

2Stir in water, catsup, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to boil.

3Stir in rice; cover.

4Remove from heat.

5Let stand 5 minutes.

6Fluff with fork.

7Sprinkle with cheese; cover.

8Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts.

9Garnish with lettuce leaves, pickle and tomato slices.
