Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 6 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • any 2 cans fruit pie filling

Directions

    Blend first two ingredients and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

    Gradually add 4 cups of sugar and vanilla.

    Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    Blend in sour cream and lemon juice.

    Spread in pan and bake in a 350° oven for about 60 minutes or until firm. Turn oven off and leave door slightly ajar while cake cools for 1 hour.

    Take out and let finish cooling.

    Chill in refrigerator overnight.

    Top with pie filling and enjoy!!
