- 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 6 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- any 2 cans fruit pie filling
Directions

1Blend first two ingredients and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

2Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

3Gradually add 4 cups of sugar and vanilla.

4Beat in eggs, one at a time.

5Blend in sour cream and lemon juice.

6Spread in pan and bake in a 350° oven for about 60 minutes or until firm. Turn oven off and leave door slightly ajar while cake cools for 1 hour.

7Take out and let finish cooling.

8Chill in refrigerator overnight.

9Top with pie filling and enjoy!!
