  • 16 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 12 oz. cottage cheese, blended and drained well
  • 2 large eggs, separated
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

    Blend in condensed milk. Beat in cottage cheese.

    Beat in egg yolks, one at a time.

    In small bowl, beat egg whites with salt until stiff.

    Fold in and add lemon juice.

    Pour into graham cracker crust.

    Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes, until set.
