- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 12 oz. cottage cheese, blended and drained well
- 2 large eggs, separated
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 tsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

2Blend in condensed milk. Beat in cottage cheese.

3Beat in egg yolks, one at a time.

4In small bowl, beat egg whites with salt until stiff.

5Fold in and add lemon juice.

6Pour into graham cracker crust.

7Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes, until set.
