- 4 whole eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. + 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. + 3/4 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Place cream cheese in mixer and cream.

2Add sugar and mix well, scraping the sides and bottom of bowl often.

3Add the whole eggs, egg yolks and salt, scraping the sides and bottom often.

4Mix in the remaining ingredients.

5Bake at 300° for 1 hour in 10-inch pan lined with paper.

6Grease and flour the sides.

7Crust is not used.
