- 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla (2 tsp. if imitation flavoring)
Directions

1Let cream cheese set at room temperature until softened. Combine cream cheese and sour cream, beating well.

2Add eggs and sugar; beat well.

3Add vanilla and cornstarch; beat well.

4Stir in whipping cream with spatula.

5Use a 9-inch spring-form pan.

6Place drained pineapple in bottom of pan; pour in cheesecake mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
