- 1 3/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 6 heaping Tbsp. plain flour
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream together Ricotta cheese, cream cheese and sugar. Continue beating, adding eggs one at a time.

2Add vanilla; fold in sour cream and then flour.

3Blend well.

4Pour into greased and floured spring-form pan.

5Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour. When done, turn off oven (don't open) and let cake set for 1 hour. When cake is completely cooled, remove from pan, wrap in foil and refrigerate at least 24 hours.

6Makes very large, thick cake!
