Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • juice of 1 lemon (reserve juice; may use 1/2 to 1 lemon more)
  • 1 large can Pet milk, chilled
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • approximately 20 graham crackers, in crumbs
  • 1/2 stick oleo

Directions

    Dissolve jello in hot water; add lemon juice and put in refrigerator until it gets slightly thickened.

    Blend or whip cream cheese and sugar, then whip or blend large can of Pet milk to cream cheese and sugar.

    (Optional to add extra half of lemon juice to Pet milk and cream cheese and sugar mixture while blending.)

    Mix jello mixture with cream cheese, sugar and milk until creamy.

    Pour into crust and chill for several hours.
