  • 200 grams Cream cheese
  • 70 grams Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Plain flour
  • 150 grams Heavy cream
  • 1 to preference Lemon juice
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 12 Biscuits

Directions

    Make the crust: Place the biscuits into a Ziplock bag and break up with a rolling pin into powder.

    Add melted butter to the crumbled biscuits and mix well.

    Pack the biscuits into a mold covered in parchment paper, pressing down firmly Let it sit in the fridge.

    Add cream cheese and sugar to a bowl and whisk.

    (Return the cream cheese to room temperature or soften slightly the microwave).

    Add eggs to the bowl and mix some more.

    Add flour, and mix some more.

    Add heavy cream Add lemon juice as well.

    Mix well.

    Pour into the mold Lightly tap to remove the air.

    Bake in an oven at 170C for 45 minutes and it's done .

    Let sit in the fridge overnight, and it'll be so delicious the next day.
